Mr.J entered into my clinic on a wheel chair with his wife on tow. They had so much expectations and desire to have a baby of their own. This young man lost sensation of both the legs after a fall from a height at the workspot abroad. His wife a Physiotherapist married him inspite of his inability to carryout the marital expectations.
When he came in his expectations were so high as if we are going to retrieve the child from the cupboard and pass it across. The couple underwent all investigations and procedures of treatment. He patiently subjected for sperm retrieval and sperm banking. His wife underwent ICSI. She conceived and delivered a beautiful, cute female child after 10 months.
We could see the change in them after the birth of the child. He told once that life has become meaningful after the birth of the child. When the invitation came for the cradle ceremony we were astonished to see that most of the invitees were on the motarised three wheelers not being able to be on their foot because of some other accident.
We can see the happiness, sense of pride, fulfillment on their faces. We have come across so many couples with similar accidents. We thank the Almighty for having given us this opportunity to have their desire fulfilled.
